We are World Metal Stamping! Currently we have 25 to 400 ton press capabilities and can produce parts via stamping, fabrication, powder coat, and resistance welding within markets including home improvement, automotive, residential, and recreational industries.

At HTT, Inc., we are looking to add a Tool Room Machinist to our team who can help support the tools that make HTT, Inc. a premier Metal Stamping facility! 

Position Summary: Position is responsible operating surface grinders, mills, drill presses, lathes, etc. on machining operations to support production.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Basic and detail work and machining in tool room setting.
• Provide support to tool and die maker by maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing tools and fixtures.
• Machine components at close tolerances for new production tools, fixtures and dies and layout and assemble tools and fixtures.
• May dismantle large tools and dies.
• Understand and meet or exceed daily productivity requirements.
• Active involvement in continuous improvement activities and initiatives.
• Participate in required company training programs.
• Perform to the requirements detailed in the applicable ISO/TS/IATF procedures pertaining to Manufacturing and Quality.
• Produce product that conforms 100% to customer requirements.
• Operate and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Comply with company handbooks and policies.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
